English Bulldog Puppy male/female has arrived to buyer/s

vet checked, current on shots/vacs., and wormed. Failure to keep these shots up to date
and death due to Parvo, Corona, or Distemper viruses will not be covered under warranty
unless the death occurred within 48 hours of leaving breeders hands. Buyer must have
Elisa test performed if claiming one of these viruses. PLEASE KEEP SHOTS UP TO
DATE!! THIS WILL BE FATAL TO YOUR BULLDOG PUPPY IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO AND
SELLER WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR BUYER NEGLECT.

Buyer promises and agrees to have this Bulldog puppy examined by a competent
veterinarian within 48 hours from the time that delivery of dog is taken. Preferably one
familiar with the bulldog breed not all vets make good bulldog vets. This lets me know
that you acquired your puppy in good health as stated. If during this first exam vet does
not find puppy to be in good health as outlined in the guarantee and states so in writing
buyer will then notify breeder immediately! Seller reserves the right to have the dog re-
examined by own vet at breeder’s cost. If breeder’s vet confirms diagnosis breeder will
then resume possession of puppy and issue buyer a full refund or a replacement puppy.

check results. I do not need an official vet report just tell me that all went well. These
are for my records and peace of mind also.

Breeder guarantees this pup to be free of serious life-threatening genetic conditions: heart
murmur, severe hip and elbow dysphasia, pancreas defects, kidney defects, diabetes, and
pathological spinal disorder. If such conditions are found and proven in writing from a
licensed vet. and substantiated by lab test results and/or x rays puppy may be returned to
seller for a full refund of purchase price or replacement puppy. Minor breed related
issues, treatable, or any condition that puppy will outgrow are not covered. Buyer is
responsible for vet bills incurred prior to return and transportation cost to return. These
conditions and guarantee is in effect until puppy reaches 6 months of age.

Although Seller/Breeder makes a concentrated effort to breed sound, healthy puppies buyer
(s) should understand that due to the nature of this breed, ALL Bulldogs are predisposed to
certain medical anomalies and that a normal Bulldog may have one or more of these
conditions during it’s lifetime. The warranty does not cover what we in Bulldogs consider
normal conditions of the breed: Cherry eye, entropion, ectropion, soft palate & small
trachea, umbilical hernia, inguinal hernia, loose hips, loose knees, infertility, allergies,
bacterial infections, kennel cough, tail abnormalties/inverted tail, demodex, stenotic
nares, cosmetic issues, buyer irresponsibility/ignorance, neglect, and incompetent vets.
WE WILL NOT COVER DEATH IF YOUR BULLDOG IS PUT UNDER ANESTHESIA BY A VET
NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE NATURE OF THIS BREED AND HE/SHE DIES! Putting a
bulldog under requires a skilled BULLDOG VET. Please seek one by word of mouth of
other bulldog owners or ask us if you do not know one in your area! We know excellent
vet care for Bulldogs in many different locations. These above mentioned conditions or
accidents due to failure to care properly for you new Bulldog will not be covered.

The buyer has researched the breed and is familiar with all health issues that could affect
their Bully before entering into this or any agreement to purchase an English Bulldog.

ARE INTOLERANT OF HEAT AND CAN NOT SWIM!! NEW OWNER UNDERSTANDS THAT
BULLDOGS ARE NOT YARD DOGS AND IF KEPT OUTSIDE DURING SUMMER MONTHS
/COLD WINTER MONTHS UNATTENDED WILL CAUSE HIM/HER DEATH!

for the purpose of being a pet/companion(unless otherwise noted) No warranty will be
given to the Buyer/s for any special purpose of function of this Bulldog. It is further
